Milkshakes

Super Protein Power Smoothie (870 Calories , 40g Protein)



Liquid**                          1 cup
Yogurt                           ½ cup
Protein powder              2 tbsp
Peanut or
Almond butter               1 tbsp
Ground flaxseeds           1 tbsp
Canola, Almond, or
Avocado oil                  1 tbsp
Banana                                1

Blend together solid ingredients first, and then
add in the liquids. Blend to desired
consistency.

Very High Calorie Milkshake (780 Calories , 5g Protein)


Ice cream                              ½ cup
Whipping cream
(unwhipped)                         ½ cup
Syrup                                   ¼ cup
Vanilla extract                        1 tsp

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

regular milk.
